1. Please find below the LABEL for our Onion Packing. CLICK HERE
2. Make sure the size is 25mm – 40++ mm only
3. Packing in 10 kgs Red Mesh Bag.
4. The details to be mentioned in the BL are as under :

5) Port of Final Discharge must be clearly mentioned as : CATLAI port , HCMC
6) mention on the BL the DEM and DET free dates.( VERY VERY IMPORTANT)
7) mention the HS CODE
8) DO NOT mention the size of the onion on the Invoice / Packing List / BL
9) MENTION the product name as FRESH INDIAN ONION
10) Check clearly about the local charges applicable at the VIETNAM side from the liner company.
Sometimes the Ocean Freight is cheap but the charges at the Destination port is very high !

BEFORE FINALIZING and SENDING any original documents please make sure that you send us the draft copy for BL / Invoice / Packing List first by soft copy by email and take our approval first to avoid unnecessary expenses and time wastage. Please send all the soft copy to goodluckexim.vn@gmail.com

14. Payment terms – must be mentioned as : Telegraphic Transfer ( TT)

16. Must provide the AIFTA form. must mention the price on this form otherwise the Import Duty will be charged and it will be borne by the seller
